State of Web Usability
The panel on the state of web usability at UPA was enjoyable, with Nielsen pointing out that we're up to 1.35% of commerce in the US being conducted on the net. Steve Krug's talk was the most enjoyable, notes follow:- good stuff expands: the adaption of ui conventions across different sites and apps helps.
- in testing: video is not that useful
- but audio is key
