Running the Test
Installers and install-free auto-run CD Images for Uzilla are available for Windows, or Uzilla may be run with an Mozilla browser on Windows, Mac, or Linux. Uzilla works well with screen sharing/recording programs.

Uzilla Can Direct the Participant
The core interaction is with the task toolbar, featuring Complete, Quit or Hint, Comment, and Get Instructions.

Before the data collection begins, optional instructions and surveys are presented. Task execution is accompanied by a menubar offering the chance to complete or give up the task, revisit the instructions, or offer comments. Preconfigured hints may be launched and completion requirements can prevent the participant from prematurely completing. Surveys may also follow or precede a task or the whole test.
