The results homepage provides a portal to the summary reports and data mining facilities including an executive summary with deviations from optimal perfomance, a summative CIF usability report, and an Excel export.
Other views, represented by the tabs, offers details on tasks, users, pages, surveys, and behaviors like back button usage.
The task report offers aggregate data on task performance including deviation from optimal and task survey summaries.
Data is presented in tables, pie and bar graphs, and histograms to give you a complete picture of task performance.
The user view presents a complete trace of an individual users behavior. Seen at the top of the screen is task/time and status summary followed by the detailed view.
The detailed view shows the sequence of pages visited in each task. In addition, the user's survey responses are also summarized.
The page report shows a summary of all page visits during the testing process. Load time, render time, time before user action, and total time are all presented.
Also available are reports on what links were chosen, aggregate measures of mousing behavior, and form behavior.
The back button report informs on potential user errors within your test by organizing invocations of the back functionality by time on page.
The survey report summarizes survey answers across all participants. For each survey type, a custom summary display is used. Likert scales are represented with histograms, booleans with percentage reports, etc.
